Directions of Digital Technologies Development in the Supply Chain Management of the Russian Economy

Abstract— The main objective of this paper is to investigate the digitalization and technologies impact on supply chain management of agricultural industry.  This paper provides practical examples of supply chain digitalization, as well as its socio-economic and environmental effects. The absence of processes that are compatible with the high production requirements adopted in foreign markets can lead to crisis phenomena in domestic industries with high potential and rapid growth dynamics in agriculture industry. Agriculture in Russia is an integral part of the agro-industrial complex, and the program “Digitalization of its supply chain” should provide participants with the opportunity to use broadband, mobile, LPWAN communications, information technologies (small and big data, management platforms, etc.) of the domestic instrument industry (tags, controllers, sensors, control units) to improve significantly the efficiency of agriculture. The opportunities for modernizing the industry are huge. Food security of the country and the development of export potential, turn agriculture into a high-tech industry that can not only provide food for itself, but also many countries of the world through the global supply chain system, as well as create opportunities for the introduction of new innovative developments that have not exist before, stimulate management decisions that can provide the population with high-quality and safe products. According to expert estimates, during the season, the farmer has to make more than 40 different decisions in limited time intervals. Many of these solutions, which affect directly the production economy, are objects of digitalization in supply chain

Criminological innovations in criminality prevention: status and perspectives

A growing number of new types of criminality causes concern of the society, authorities and, in particular, of criminologists, since the penetration of criminals into the virtual environment and learning to use new technologies become dangerous and adjust criminal motivation. The sophistication of criminality prevention and countering defines the goal of this research consisting in a thorough scientific understanding of existing criminological methods. Modern informational-analytical area of activity of law-enforcement authorities includes the use of digital criminological tools under criminality prevention programs, mathematical methods of its analysis, making up profiles, etc. They are usually applied for criminological analysis and prediction but it has no theoretical basis that addresses the issues of countering digital crimes and that is being formed currently based on criminological neo-classics and achievements of social and human sciences and digital criminology. As a methodological basis for the research, a general scientific dialectic method of scientific cognition was used. Moreover, the paper uses a number of particular scientific methods that include historical-legal, comparative-legal methods, statistic observation and analysis of generalized information. Strategic Importance of Valorizing Discourse in the Subject Sphere of Innovation

The article focuses on the study of strategic importance as a qualitative category of discourse, characterizing the promotion of significant meaning in an axiologically parametrized media space. As part of the discursivization trajectory model, which was justified in line with a dynamic approach to the discourse study using the methods of inferential and interpretative analysis, the strategic nature of media discourse is set. It is organized by targeted, relevant important concept of "Innovation" as well as the ways of its implementation in axiological strategies. The type of discourse topic and intentionality of promoting significant meaning in the vector from the world of real to the world of proper and desired endow this discourse with a valorizing, constructive and prescriptive character. The projected axiological strategies and tactics contribute to rethinking and enriching the structure of the concept of "Innovation". In the prevailing strategy of negative valorization, in the tactics of devalorizing evaluation nomination of innovations as a realized phenomenon, axiological oppositions, metaphorization, disursivization is focused on the prototypical maximum of the concept of "Innovation" in contrasting "truly innovative – declared innovative" in the world of action. In the structure of the concept, based on a sustainable view of innovation as a means of modernization, actual new homeostatic nodes are being formed. Design of a socio-economic processes monitoring system based on network analysis and big data

Socio-economic policy should satisfy the interests of the society as much as possible and contribute to improving the quality of life. This actualizes the role of developing the theoretical and methodological foundations for building an innovative information system for monitoring the socio-economic situation and population responses. The study built and tested an algorithm for supporting management decisions based on the collection of large data sets of socio-economic information based on the principles of the digital economy and processing them through network analysis. The algorithm is focused on building a monitoring system that presupposes a synergy of the authorities and the society, not only in its pensionary part, but also among the masses, which are diverse in their representativeness. The result of the study was the formation of a theoretical and methodological framework for creating a system for making management decisions and assessing the effectiveness of the activities of government bodies, based on the principles of reflection of the final beneficiaries of economic policy.peer-reviewe

DEVELOPMENT OF UNIVERSITY TEACHER’S INNOVATIVE CULTURE

Purpose: The aim of research is to analyze the development of university teacher’s innovative culture. Methodology: This is an analytical-descriptive research that obtained data from questionnaires and interviews. Content analysis and model structure have been used to analyze the data. Main Findings: Results showed that the formed teacher’s innovative space brings a future specialist to the understanding that the quality of life depends on the laborious work on one’s own spirituality, morality and worldview. The future specialist gets experience of professional activity on the basis of universal humane values, which is the main result of the modeled innovative culture in the pedagogical space.
